Dick Howard

• Dick Howard teaches political philosophy at the State University of New York, after having studied in both France and Germany. His articles are frequently published in American, French and German revues, attached as he is to the idea of dialogue between the three schools of thought. In France, he is a member of the board of editors of Esprit, contributes to Etudes, Projet, Critique and Les Temps modernes. He is a recognised expert in American current events for the French media.
