Raphael Mathevet

• Raphaël Mathevet and François Bousquet are scientists in Montpellier. The former works at the CNRS (National Scientific Research Center) and the latter at the CIRAD (International Center for Agricultural Research for Development). They are both members of the Resilience Alliance, for scientists who work on the subject, and they also collaborate with the Stockholm Resilience Center, the most active resilience-research facility in Europe. Experts in the subject, their goal with this book was to make it accessible to non-specialists, and they have succeeded admirably.
