He has had two novels published Géraldine s’est pendue, éd. 00h00, and Marcello, Fayard, an essay - La Grande Casserole, coulisses de la gastronomie  (Fayard) –, and a biography –Jacques Le Divellec, une affaire de cuisine, Grasset.
