Bernard Dupaigne

• Bernard Dupaigne is one of the leading experts on Afghanistan, which he has been visiting repeatedly since 1963. He co-authored, with Gilles Rossignol, the Guide de l’Afghanistan (1989) for La Manufacture. He has led numerous agricultural-development missions under the auspices of Afrane (the Franco-Afghan friendship committee)
