Marie-Aimée Lebreton
  • Marie-Aimée Lebreton was born in Bouïra, in Kabylie (Algeria), in 1962.With a Ph.D. in art and a degree from the National Music Conservatory of Paris, she is an associate professor at Lorraine University and lives in Paris. Her first book, Comment Clémentine, sourde, devint musicienne (How Clémentine, Who Is Deaf, Became a Musician), with a foreword by Sylviane Agacinski, was published in 2005 by Pleins Feux. Her first novel, Cent sept ans (One Hundered and Seven Years), came out in 2014.
