• Photographers, with an ethnographer's eye, they have traveled the world unceasingly for the past twenty years. La Main qui parle ('The Speaking Hand, Phébus, 2002) produced in collaboration with Boris Cyrulnik, introduced them to huge audiences around Europe, as did Caravanes de bambous (Bamboo Caravans, Seuil, 2004) and Routes du Sel et du Savoir (Roads of Salt & Knowledge, Seuil, 2005).
