Gilbert Jouanard

• Discovered in his youth by René Char, Gil Jouanard has been strewing his path with impossible-to-categorize texts written in utterly simple, poetic prose ever since. In all, some sixty-odd titles published by different houses, essentially Verdier, Fata Morgana and Phébus. After Un nomade casanier (A Homebody Nomad), he wrote a second novel Les Roses blanches in 2016.
