Bruno Tertrais

• A renowned specialist in international policy, Bruno Tertrais is working for the Foundation for Strategic Research. In 2007-2008, he was a member of the French White Paper on Defence and National Security Commission and the Commission for France’s White Paper on Foreign and European Policy. He is the author of, among other books, La Guerre sans fin (War Without End, Le Seuil, 2004); Dictionnaire des enjeux internationaux (Dictionary of International Stakes, Autrement, 2006); L’Arme nucléaire (The Nuclear Weapon, Presses Universitaires de France, 2007).
