Scène de plage
Charles Gancel
It’s summer, vacation, Corsica. A single, scrawny and sex-obsessed civil servant who works for the Senate embarks on the Popeye a ferry boat shuttling between the coast and an island with an idyllic beach. During the crossing, he notices a Corsican couple of a certain age… and their daughter, One of those pouting beauties whose grace wavers on the cusp between the freshness of youth and the sad corruption of adulthood, bra-less in a sleeveless T-shirt – too short, so you can see her belly, naturally – that says, Fuck me hard, I’m so cool.
Our voyeur's brain (and the rest) are soon overheated. He spends hours under the burning sun plotting ways to attract his prey. And his downfall will be all the more painful because of it!
In Scène de plage, the reader becomes the voyeur’s voyeur. It’s perverse, but clever and droll. The perfect book to enjoy on any beach this summer…
